Testing Capabilities

Moltech Power Systems offer a range of testing services, which are available to customers on a rate per hour basis.

Moltech's UK based ISO9001 registered battery assembly facility effectively manages many hundreds of unique designs for our European customers every year.

The balance between automation and manual assembly is one which all European manufacturing operations must carefully balance if they are to remain competitive. Our investment in fixturing and semi-automatic equipment allows Moltechs skilled battery assembly operators to concentrate on value added activities. The highest level of quality is assured by the use of non-batch, flow-line JIT assembly lines.

Moltech ship products within the UK and across the Nordics, central and southern Europe on a weekly basis. The volume of export means we are competitive with mainland Europe based assemblers and our rapid assembly service means we can supply product faster than our local competitors.
