Description
The BP2D range of products consists of a soft padded nylon pouch with a DC to DC converter and fuel gauge indicator built into the battery connector.
These products are designed to work with the 10.8V, 95Wh NL2020HD22 high current discharge battery pack.
The regulated DC output is rated at 60Watts continuous up to 24V.
Solid inserts provide structure to the case and protection for the battery.
With the addition of a foam insert, the belt packs also accept the smaller NI2020HD 78Wh battery packs.
The required DC voltage must be specified prior to ordering the device.
If a DC connector is required to be fitted at the device-end of the cable, this must be specified prior to ordering, and may be subject to minimum order quantities.
Part Numbers: BP2Dxxyy
BP2D indicates a Belt Pack with 2 core cable and DC voltage regulation.
"XX" is used to indicate the required DC output voltage.
"YY" is used to indicate the DC connector fitted at the device end. The default value of "01" indicates an un-terminated cable.
Example: BP2D1601 is a Beltpack with 2-core coil-cable and regulated DC output voltage of 16V supplied without a connector at the device-end.
What's in the Box?
A padded ripstop-nylon beltpouch with a belt loop and 4 "D"rings for alternate mounting. The pouch also includes a window through which the battery fuel gauge can be viewed during operation.
A 2-conductor coil-cable terminated at the battery end with a combined battery connector + DC:DC converter. The device end is left unterminated unless special-ordered.
