To meet the expanding regulatory needs of our customers, Moltech Power Systems are able to offer UL listing or UL recognition of battery packs.
Moltech can offer the following services in connection with the UL certification process:
Prior to Certification
Selection of cells and other materials required to meet UL testing requirements
Expertise and experience to design a battery that will pass the strict requirements of UL testing - including correct passive and active protection.
Handling of all associated submittal paperwork and specifications
Build and submittal of battery packs for evaluation
Following Certification:
Maintenance of the UL file
Submittal of batteries for annual follow up testing
Compliance with quarterly UL audits under the UL follow-up service program
